You need to scan the car with a VAG-COM and get the codes

Default Happened to me....
Its a good thing I wasa still under warranty, they had to replace the driver side air bag. Good Luck!

Default Did you tap the horn?
I did and my light went on. Systems check (2) said nothing wrong. Probably went on because the airbag and horn wiring is so close together(in my case). Erased the light and hasn't gone back on. If it does, there's sthing wrong

It could be for any number of reasons, but your airbag system is dissabled as long as it's on
