My car is overheating... Could it be my Coolant Temp Sensor?

Default My car is overheating... Could it be my Coolant Temp Sensor?
I have replaced the waterpunp, tstat, fan clutch and I can't really think of anything else to make it overheat... The coolant temp light has never came on, but I am thinking maybe the sensor is broke and that is why I am overheating... Could it be my ECU I disconnected the battery last night and couldn't reset it (wierd)... I'd appreciate any input, thanks.

check the viscous coupling on the primary fan.

Default What do you mean it's overheating? Is the coolant boiling over?
Or is the guage just reading high?

Default you sure you don't have an air pocket at the tstat?
a bad temp sensor would not really cause it to overheat...

I am losing coolant so it is wierd... I think they'll find the problem because they have the right tools and stuff... My independent mechanic doesn't know ****...
