My little brother just left me 2 new scratches in my rear bumper...
I think I'm gonna b*tch him out...he has no respect for fine automotive enginering

just be glad your car isn't yellow
I had scratches in my rear bumper and was keyed on passanger rear door and the car has been in the shop for 3 weeks trying to match the color

I know what you need to do.......
make him fix it. Make him work to buy a book on how to do body work, make him sand the bumper down, then prime it and go through all of the other stages... by the time he is done he will fear your car and he might have a future in the auto body industry.

more than you might think is legal.... but is certainly fair.
tape him to a lawn chair and leave him out in the back yard overnight. But put garbage near him so the raccoons come close, real close. He will have some interesting experiences with little animals.
