Default front lighting for the gauge, backlighting for the smoked plexi.

It takes me atleast two hours total to prep, bake, mold, cut to size, mold again (since stock is not a perfect circle) sand, polish. I can make another one and sell it for $30 plus shipping.

not tinted tho. (automotive tint or spray tint works find)

SkydiveA4 bought one, not sure if he has used the one i made for him yet

electrical tape, not a good choice. Wait till you see it when it gets nice and hot.

There isn't just one kind of electrical tape. 3M makes many kinds of high variances tape.

Default cut with a drill press and a circle bit...gauge is 52mm, used a 51mm bit

and then sanded the edges. The gauge sits in place without glue....help in by tension. One thing to note is that you need a means to support the vent up. The weight of the hguage will force the vent down. I used the vent valve to suuport the gauge. The screws on my gauge sit on top of the vent valve...so I can't close the vent where the gauge is...no biggie for me. I haven't insulated it except for some electrical tape.
