My tires aren't in so the shop told me that tirerack had screwed up the order and they had not
been sent out. So i called tirerack and looked under his shops account and there hasnt been an order placed since January. So basically he blatantly lied and blammed tirerack when he just forgot to order them.

i didnt see it online. I talked to a tirerack representative and said i was checking on my order
and i gave them the shops phone number. so she thought that i was from Manchester Engine Works.

Sneaky! I suggest you talk to the owner of the shop, and ask him when he placed
the order. Honestly, if he's going to lie about it, why do business with them? Is there somewhere else in town that can mount your tires? If not, tread lightly. Don't start an inquisition, just mention that you called the Tirerack to check on the order.
