Default is my var OBDII comliant?

Hi All
I have an Audi A4 1999, 1.9 diesel, estate UK car . Is it OBDII compliant or not? How do I know it?

mispelling sorry, supposed to be CAR not VAR, and compliant not comliant.

Probably.

Check to see if you have an OBDII connector in the front by the steering wheel?

Since its higher than 96, yes, it does. Under steering column, as Mick said.
