Is my wheel bearing toast?

I changed my brake rotors & pads at all four corners two weeks ago, and had a bit of a high pitched metallic squeal. No big deal, I figured the pads may be rubbing a bit as they get properly seated. Last week, I chanded my control arms, and noticed that the squeak was still there, but at low speeds (less than 20mph) there was kind of a rubbing sound from the front passenger side. Yesterday, I get off the highway, and at the same low speeds, there is a knocking from the front passenger side, and still a bit of a rubbing/squeaking. Does this sound like a bearing that's gone bad? Could I have knocked something loose/out of position when changing the control arms?
Any thought/ideas are greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
