Anyone have the Nav System or Nav System Plus? How useful do you find it? Is it easy to enter destinations? How often are update's available? Are there extra CD's required for point's of interest/restaurants etc...?

I will use it driving up and down the M1 (in UK). If one hits a traffic is ir easy to route around it?
