Yeah, "somewhat modified" is relative...
...My friend has a WRX with the same amount of mods on it as a stage 3 kit would cost me for my car...and he's running a 12.6 1/4 mile. But thats at 6000 feet! Which puts him at a high 11/low 12 at sea level.

Now Stage III the S4... and see what happens...
FWIW, APR Stage III 1.8Ts generally hang about even with Stage II S4s. Since the PES kit is supposed to perform about as well, I would assume similar results. Put downpipes on the S4, and things change.

well, duh...
now replace the A4 engine with a 4.2 liter biturbo and see what happens. Obviously the car with more displacement and more money dumped into the engine wins, all things being equal.
