NE1 have an HKS Super Mega Flow intake system installed?
This system was installed on my car before I bought it at 24,000 miles. I am unfamiliar with the system, and I haven't heard much about it here on AW.
Any clues on how often the filter insert should be replaced? I suppose the rule of thumb is to replace it when it looks dirty.

are you serious? HKS recommends against re-using...of course, they would...
Doesn't the filter incorporate an oil lubricant like K&N's?

thanks for the offer, but i can actually get replacement filters for $15 online.
as far as i know, the cone should be okay, unless it is smashed or hit.
