Default Need to decide between Laurel and Exchange for service in Chicago...
...They're about equidistant from me so I need something else to go on. Coming from California so I need to choose my new dealer. My car is fairly heavily modded so I would prefer a place that is more mod-friendly as opposed to less.. And I need to start with my 20k service there. Please give me reasons to choose one over the other. Thanks.

I love Laurel...very mod friendly...just be an adult with em.

Default avoid Laurel in Tinley like the plague
especially Barb. She's the type who'd make you pay $50 for one of the techs to kick you where it hurts.

Default I'm with Sameer on this one . . . Laurel in Westmont's service staff is top-notch!
Too bad their SALES staff isn't up to par with the service guys. Easily the MOST dismal car purchase experience I've ever had!

Default There are TWO Laurel Audi Dealerships . . .
one in Westmont (GOOD) and one in Tinley Park (BAD). That help out any?

Default Ah, I see.. I thought that might be the case but then it looked like they were the same...
...I went to google and enter Laurel Audi, and the first match is "Laurel Audi of Tinley Park, Illinois" so I clicked on it and it took me to Laurel in Westmont, so I thought they must be the same. Being unfamiliar with the area I figured Westmont and Tinley Park were really close or something.. But www.laurelaudi.com is indeed the site for Laurel in Westmont, right?
