Need a few part #'s.....CV boot and a control arm.
Need the part number for a driver's side CV boot:

And for this upper control arm, on the passenger side:

Hmm....I think the dealer is not going to deal with CV boot #....
The dealership is gonna sell u a drive shaft, From your Pic, I can see the drive shaft part #.
Your best bet is to remove it and take it to dealer and get a new/rebuilt drive shaft. They gonna need your old one for a core.
and for your control arm part#, clean it, and u should be able to read it.
