Need to have an ecu recoded. where to get codes from?
I 've found a few people willing to help me out who have access to a vag. but my next question is where would i get the codes needed to change the ECU from a manual to a tiptronic application. And if anyone has these codes can i have them.
i have an 01 a4 Quattro tiptronic that is still under warranty and i picked up a spare 01 ecu from a manual owner. i was told that with a vag it should be able to be recoded for an automatic transmission.

Would anybody have the ECU soft code for - '01 A4 1.8TQTip CH box
I copied the pic from GilliamOS but lost it. does anyone have the code to vag a Manual ch ecu into a Tipronic ecu?
