need help asap on ignition switch

Default need help asap on ignition switch

Im working on replacing the switch right now i've torn apart most of the dash the only thing i can't get off is the bottom half of the plastic shroud around the steering column how do i get this off and once inside what the trick to getting the ignition switch out? do i need to turn it or what. thanks for the help.

Default philips screw driver, very thin/small one at that 2 screws hold the top/bottom of the steering

column cover on... is that what you're stuck at?

Default ya im stuck on the column cover i removed those two screws and can remove the top portion but i....

i can't remove the bottom. i think that's all i need to get and i can change it
