Default need help... flasing check engine light...

i was just driving on a highway doing about 45-50 mph and my car started to studder... a minute later check engine light came on and started flashing, i pulled over to the side and let it sit for like 10 minutes, restarted the car, it ran fine for about 10 minutes and started doing it again... feels like one of the cylinders is not firing, i need some help please... i dont have a vag tool.

Default Dealer is the only place Audi or VW...more

not sure if the coilpack from a 2002 GTI will work...probably your best bet is to Vag it to find out which one is bad. Did you ever have your originals replaced under the recall? You may wanna replace all 4 their pretty cheap and if you didn't go in for the recall they will be covered.

Default nothing you can see. PN is 06B 905 115 L

when you pull one and it doesn't drop another cyl, then that's the one that is dead.

I think the L version is the latest one, but I could be wrong. It's just the last one that I have in my trunk as a spare. I suggest you do the same. I've had 5 or 6 failures - I've lost count.
