Default Need Help with Misfires

Here are the symtoms.
Starts bad when cold, rpm's unstable, CEL stays on. Runs great when it is warm but it has no power. Car goes into limp mode randomly, but makes a whooshing sound when I am trying to accelerate. When I clear the DTC's the car run's bad for the first 10 minutes, then CEL comes on and cars runs fine but has no power.

I am usually able to fix these cars on my own but this one's got me stumped big time, and stealership wants $400 to tell me what's wrong.

I just bought a 2001 Audi A4. Had a check engine light on when I bought it. Took it home scanned it, and got the following errors.

I have installed new turbo, new coil packs, new spark plugs, new thermostat, fixed some vacuum leaks, coolant..timing belt was replaced, but before I got it.

I have scanned the MAF sensor and readings look normal.
02 sensors scan good...

ANY HELP?

Thanks!

My Passat recently made the whooshing sound and wouldn't accellerate, I found a hose to the diverter valve had come off. Hopefully yours is something simple, too.

I checked the hoses to the divertor valve....all are on there...

Maybe the whoosing sound is a boost leak or a bad divertor valve, but I don't think that would affect start up at idle right?

The last time I had a cyl 3 misfire, I ended up replacing the ICU (ignition control unit). Its separate for only some years of the Bosh ignition (mine is 1999 not sure if its the same on a 2001). If you don't have a separate ICU on top of the air box, then its part of the ignition coil pack. Try swapping one of these and see if it fixes it.
