need to help with O2 sensor
I have a bad O2 sensor and know someone who is able to replace it...however I need to find a diagram for a 97 2.8L A4. I know the car has 4 o2 sensors and I know the faulty one is Bank 1, sensor 2. However, im not sure what this means and would need a diagram to find the exact sensor...can anyone help? thanks in advance

Bank 1 sensor 2 is the side with cylinder #1 and its the second O2 sensor away from the bumper IIRC-
the Bentley will tell you which one if you have the actual code number

haha ok thanks....is there anywhere i can find some engine diagrams?
i've been searching but with no luck

anything that would should the O2 sensor placement or at least which side cylinder 1 is on. thanks again.

well the dealer checked it out and verified that it was bank 1, sensor 2...
i'll have to ask for the actual error code though. I dont have a bentley repair manual, guess i should pick one up
