Need help swithing my GIAC socketed chip out for a new one

Finaly got a new GIAC chip and want to take out my old one to put in the new one. Can somone tell me exactly what part comes off? I dont want to pry off the wrong things.

Also if you have pics and a tech link please post it

Yeah, I'd like to know too...beacuse I'd be interested in a RACE chip if someone has one FS

OK, open the cover up (4 screws), slide the black ring toward the arrow about

1 to 2 mm, now lift the ring up, take out the chip. Note the conner of the chip had a small round indent. Put the chip in the same corner of the indentation (same corner of the arrow).
