Need help! Transmission died and dealers wants $8600!

IMO... Biener Audi SUCKS!
Bunch of rip off artists...Id never take anything to them to fix...Never going there again...id rather pay to have my car towed back to NJ.

heh heh...never again..
i had quite the "tiff" with the svc boys at Bellavia...Lets just say I drove my car to Town with a busted suspension and 2 COMPLETELY UNNECESSARY stock wheels (this was after my car was siting there for a month). Town had my car out of the shop in 2 days fixed for 1/2 the price Bellavia wanted. Bellavia kept insisting i call my ins. co to pay for the damages that it was going to be ALOT!...and they never gave me specifics jsut kept trying to get my ins co involved so they can rip them off too...Thanks Kenny @ Bellavia! (svc mgr @ the time). Town has treated me the best of any dealer around here...altho I have been a long time customer of theirs (+10 yrs now) i dont really have a place to suggest. Im unhappy with all the dealers Svc depts, but bellavia may have some loyalty since you got the car from them. If you want more dirt on local dealers email me I feel bad for flamming them all on AW.
