Need recommendations for A4 12V suspension upgrades - any 12V'ers out there?

I'm looking for a suspension that won't leave my
car "slammed" - but I do want it lower than a
factory sport suspension. Anyone out there got
a suspension they just love?
If you could also include details like where
you got the shocks + springs from, and stuff like
cost - that would be very helpful.
Also, how much should I set aside for installation
costs?

I am running Neuspeed Race speings with Bilstien shocks. It is pretty low man, 2.25" drop. Handles like it is on rails, seriously.
You may want to consider a "sport" spring. It really depends on your budget, but definatley get a progressively wound spring. As far as shocks, some sport springs you "may" be able to get away with using your factory shocks, but many would recommend an aftermaket like Koni or Bilstien.
Good luck man.

Neuspeed Sport Springs w/ Bilstein HD Shocks:
$189 for springs & $420 for shocks from Shox.com + S&H. Bought summer '99
6 hours install
Fender to ground:
25.38" Front & 25.88" Rear after 18 months.
Firm but comfortable. I little low for me. I have to be extra careful.
Koni coilovers:
$899 from Shox.com + S&H. Bought winter '01
8 hours install
Fender to ground:
26.38" Front & 26.38" Rear after 2 weeks.
Firmer than the spring/shocks above IMO, but should loosen up more in time. I will drop the front another .50" soon. The stiffness is set at about 25%. I could stand a little softer, maybe 15%. Love the adjustability, but it's a PITA without a spring compressor. I'll be getting one soon.
I like both setups. The first is on my '96. I wanted it a little higher so I got the coilovers for my '97. Once I get them adjusted right, I will be very happy.
