need some help with throttle body issues
My car stalled today and will not start. I VAG'd it and got the following code:
17967-Throttle Valve Control part (J338)
Fault in basic setting
I tried doing a TBA but I get errors.
Should I try to take it off and clean it? Where should I get a new one if I need it? Anything else I should try?

I had that fault code for a long time....but it never kept my car from starting
I had to replace the throttle body because the potentiometer was no good and it wouldn't take an adaption. I replaced mine on my 2.8 and have not received the code again.
