You could pull the turbo off the car yourself and send it to Gpopshop for them to rebuild. I think the cost is around 350-450 dollars depending on the options you chose. They are a reputable company and would do a good job. You are going to have downtime no matter which way you go. I would save the $$$, pull it myself and send it off.

Just checked their site. They will sell a K03/04 Hybrid for 750.00, NEW.
