interesting, i took my car in for the 5k service and they left the AW frame on
Even though this is a dealer that absolutely loves to massacre front bumpers with their stupid plate.

they don't have a right anyway... if you're paying the lease payments (m)
then technically, it is your car until the end of the lease term (signed in a contract by you and your dealer)!!!

Okay...manager just called me and they said they would send someone out to put the AUDIWORLD
frame back on Wednesday. I just told them to just mail the frame back on and I'll do it myself. They also advised me that it is not there policy to remove the frame. I am just happy to get my frame back and hope this doesnt happen again. I guess the people at Jack Daniels will start reading this forum now. Thanks for all your opinions.......and help! ! !
