Need your opinion and Vag 3366 needed

The motor has a ticking noise to it after warm up at idle and low RPM. Its progressively increasing. It also has a chirping noise at take offs as well. INMO its either the CAM chain tensioner or low oil pressure at the pump. How can I do the differencial diagnosis?
Anybody has the VAG 3366 tool I can borrow or Buy.
