Neuspeed 22mm Sway Bar Question ?

Just got the 22mm Sway bar..yeah I've heard all the subframe problems, but my question is which of the two settings is softer? There are two holes per side, the outer one or the inner one? The bar didn't come with any explanation...I figure the inner one would be softer, but would love some feedback. Thanks.

if you think about the physics involved it doesn't make sense to me. thicker sway bars are stiffer...that implies that the stiffness has to do with the amount of torsional tension the bar withstands before bending.
with the amount of force the outside wheel exerts on the bar being constant, the amount of torsion applied to the bar will vary depending on the length of the moment arm. torque = force x distance right?
so with the closer hole the outside wheel puts less torsional force on the bar, so the bar will less likely deform, and will pull up the inside wheel quicker...
i dunno...i could be wrong, but here's another post too:

it was working against them as they were lifting tires and getting no traction. Corey put it on the softer setting for the Sunday run (outer holes) and probably helped to get 1st place Street Mod. They have the 19mm only. I also have mine on soft (outer).

I finally asked Neuspeed direct and here is their response:
If you move the position to the end of the bar, this will allow the bar to be softer in comparison to the innermost position, which would make it stiffer. For further product information, please feel free to give our sales staff a call at (800)423-3623 or (805)388-7171 or you may fax them at (805)388-0030. Thank you for your inquiry!
