Default neuspeed bilsteins

quick question...to set shocks at lowest setting, do i move the perch towrd the top (side with the stainless steel rod) or the bottom? also i have neuspeed race springs to be installed...will the car be a lot lower in the front if i set both front and rear shocks all the way down?
thanks

Default I spoke with a guy at Greedspeed who knew a heck of a lot about this stuff......

Check greedspeed.com for the phone number. They sell tons of Neuspeed stuff, including your setup.

Default with the shock in the same direction as it is on the car...

the highest setting is the perch setting highest off the ground, and the lowest is the perch setting lowest off the ground. Damnnit why is this so hard to explain....

I don't have neuspeed bil's, but on (my) regular bilsteins only the rear is adjustable, and they are on the lowest setting.
