I'm going to change my shocks/springs plus sway bars. I have heard from people in the achieves say that the 22mm crack the subframe. So, is the 19mm safe(r)? Should I ask for reinforce brackets too?
OK, one more question, should I go for H&R race or H&R sport springs. I have researched almost everywhere, and still can't decide.
Thanks
Kev
how much is this package going to run you$$ Have you looked into coilovers? I'd go for those instead of the struts, springs and sway bars just for the fact that you can adjust the height form .75" to 2.5" (I think that's right)

For what it's worth, no subframe damage despite 4 autocross events this past summer.
The support braces are a clever piece of engineering, but requires some tight finger manipulation to get the bolts on. The car feels so much better with my neuspeed sway bars back on.
Dan K.
97 1.8tq/k-04
