Did it reduce body roll when taking turns fast or switching lanes fast?
Any negative side effects, like less comfortable ride, given that it makes the independent rear suspension not so independent anymore?
BTW, I would just be adding it to stock sport suspension.
Thanks!

Honestly, I don't think it matters if the suspension is OEM Sport, aftermarket springs/shocks, or coilovers, it'll positively benefit the car's handling.
I have it on the "soft" setting but the car still pushes into corners and really doens't step-out. I really have to go in hot and take a bad line for the car to oversteer. So, if this heat breaks soon and I get some free time on a weekend or evening, I'm going to try it on "medium".
My suggestion for install is to have a small magnetic pen to get the bolts into the brackets that hold them to the upper sub-frame. Also, the brackets are confusing, but once you figure out that you have to also use the holes on the upper sub-frame, then you'll see how easy they are to figure out. I would also have a small torque wrench handy and mulitple (2 of each in some cases helps) 12mm & 13mm open-end wrenches and short & long sockets and wrenches. I did it on Rhino Ramps, which works fine. You may find you'll have more room to work with the lower links out of your way with the weight off the wheels, but it's not necessary.
The 19mm Neuspeed PN is: 25.02.19.4 and I think I got mine for $157 shipped. I got mine from www.carparts.com and used the 10% off code, which is: SAVE10 You'll need to register first, IIRC. I got mine in 4 days, but it varies greatly. I've heard some people waiting up to 2 months. They're drop-shipped directly from Neuspeed, so it's up to them, not carparts.

Definately a worthwhile upgrade, the rear bar is available in 19mm for the Quattro you'll notice a difference in cornering. I don't think you'll see any adverse effects from the addition of a sway bar, the car will feel tighter and less sloppy in corners. The Neuspeed bars are excellent too.
Take care!
