Default New APR exhaust installed. Many thanks to Greg@APR

I am now on my third APR exhaust.
I was one of the people who bought the original v.1 exhaust from APR many years ago, and I did not like it -- it droned on the highway.
So Stephen gave me a good deal on the v.2 exhaust when it came out, and I sold the original one online. I liked the v.2 a lot.
But a few months ago, it too, started droning on the highway, and long drives became very tiring. My local mechanic theorized that the internal parts of one of the mufflers probably came apart. And the flex pipe had just about disintegrated too.

I called APR and got Greg on the phone. His telephone diagnosis agreed with what my mechanic said, and told me that it should not happen. So he offered to replace the exhaust system for me. It took a few months to come in, and I had to pay for shipping & installation, and also shipping to send the bad system back to APR. But now I have a brand-spankin'-new exhaust on my car, and I love it!

Thanks APR!!

Default APR is good about exhaust warranty

They replaced my entire exhaust, even though it was 6 years old

Default yeah, my flex pipe has seen better days. and my cat cracked in the same place others have, which APR

warrantied it even after their 1-year warranty for that. Hopefully, the newer ones hold up better.

Default Y'know, I've heard great things about the Milltek. But when I actually HEARD a Milltek, I hated it!

It sounded worse than my worn-out APR exhaust. I like the APR *much* better.

Now, it is possible that the Milltek I heard was also worn-out and noisier than it should have been. But I am pleased with the APR and I am sticking with it.
