Ive been having the same problem with my borla.

Just seems to be alot of vibration in the cabin. I did notice that on warm days it seems to be less.

I had a buzzing in the same RPM regions because my downpipe wasn't completely tightend.

Afer I had it tightened it went away.

My car does the same thing with its Borla

97 1.8t auto: Under low acceration, around 2-3,000 rpms, in 2-3 gear the exhaust make kind of a low pitch gurggle. I guess that's the best way I could describe it. Maybe the clamp from my labree DP to the exhaust is leaking. I know this is a super noob question: but what does an exhaust leak sound like

? (hangs head in shame) sorry I had to ask that.
