log a ~2500 rpm to ~7000 rpm 3rd gear pull on block 002 (misfires permitting)
Then recharge if need be and do the same on block 020 (timing correction by cylinder) and again on block 031(I think) for O2 voltages.
BSCA4 made a good point above . .those rubber boots do pinhole and/or carbon trace. Inspect those if you reused the old ones on the new CPs.

I suggested looking at that in a post above. A bad coolant temp sensor tends to make the car run
