Things like this make me feel that my audi is a little TOO german.
I moved up to a 2002 A4 from an '89 Saab SPG. The power delivery and seats alone in that 13 year old SPG puts my A4 to shame.

After my 4th dealership "visit" in 4 months of ownership and being stranded 600 miles from home, I'm really regretting not waiting for the new Saab 93.<ul><li><a href="http://www.saabusa.com/microsites/9-3S/US/en/movie2_large.html">Saab Infotainment package</a></li></ul>

for the Arc or Vector models? Only the Linear comes out now, and that's only 175hp. The Arc ups that to 210 (I think it's 210 or thereabouts) for not much more money.

I really really like the new 9-3, BUT it's a GM, it's FWD, and I don't like the interior as much as my A4's. That said, if they bargained the prices down a few thousand, I'd be really tempted to get an Arc model next year...

I worked on both systems (WinCEfA and the other OS).

Microsoft is spending a whole lot of $$$ in backing WinCE (no, I do not work for MS), and sooner or later it will prevail using its $20 billion of staying power.

Believe it or not, it is possible to produce a very decent WinCE system (and I am not a Microsoft fan at all).

The 745i fiasco was probably caused by lack of testing and verification, feature creeps, and aggressive delivery schedule.
