Default Only get CO if you plan on making changes(height wise)-for the track

Daily drivers don't need this kind of set-up, unless you want to be slammed

Default if you want jsut a drop (asthetics) go with a fixed height setup

springs and shocks. Is you want more performance, go with a coilover. I found that my wants changed quicly after getting my car. I went with a soft combo to start and decided to go stiffer later. Now I want adn even more agresisve setup than my 450F500R springs. I'm going coilovers when the budget allows. I care very little about the height adjustment. I like coilovers for haivng a spring adn chock that are well matched.

If you are gonna get new springs, get new shocks too to save additional install cost later.
