Default New suspension...want a tad lower than h&r sport

I'm currently running h&r sport on my factory non sport shocks because one of my springs broke and I needed a cheap fix. The springs are too soft for my taste (i had b&g springs on my saab 9000, loved em) and not quite low enough. I'm going to be replacing my shocks soon so I figured I'd try some different springs as well. Does anyone have any pictures of H&R race? How much different are they than the sport in terms of ride quality and performance? Also..how much lower are they?

here are the specs on both H&R race and sport springs from purems site .. One reason your ride is too soft NOW is because you have the stocker crappy shocks.. i rode with a guy one time with your same setup and then in my car with the koni shocks and sport H&R springs and WHOO what a difference.. my $0.02

http://www.pure-motorsport.com/products/category.php/CA=138/PA=7</a

from how firm the car was and when he sent it to hard...well definitely not for street....never tried them on soft.
