Newbie Question...please correct me if I am wrong
I was gonna buy a 03 A4 Avant for my wife...she did not want to spend as much and ask me to consider a used/CPO A4 Avant instead...
Questions
Is 2001 A4 Avant B5 platform or B6? It has the same 170hp 1.8T engine that is currently in the newly styled 02-03 A4?
pre-01 (99 and 00 specifically) has the 150HP 1.8T?

chassis designation. B5 was the first generation A4 chassis designation as well as the passat
chassis designation for the same model years(MY). 8E is the designation for the 2nd gen a4's

Would you guys recommend getting 00-01 A4 Avant 1.8T/2.8???
I am thinking about going the CPO route...might be a little bit more expensive, but better warranty?
Does the 99 A4 Avant look much different from 00-01?
