They look like Hellas to me so I'm guessing the answer would be yes. They have the properly colored bulb covers inside the clear housing.

The thing with a black car is...
If you do smoked tails, you typically also have to get smoked markers and tint, for that gangsterish all black look. Otherwise the rear end might look too solid and washed out.
I've thought about it but really wouldn't want to be driving an antagonistic looking car that people will be expecting the barrels of a shotgun to poke out from at any moment.

Whats so bad about it other than the tail lights?
Skirt package looks restrained,
