Default No boost!!! Help with diagnose...

At first, I had up to 5 psi (I have a GIAC installed for 15k miles)
Now I do not have any boost at all (I have a boost gauge).

I can't hear the turbo anymore, but also no other strange sound. Like the rattle associated with the wastegate or any vacuum leaking.

If I have a wastegate failure with no rattle, would I still hearing the turbo?

If a have a bad DV valve I would probably hearing a air leaking noise, and the turbo. Am I right?

Any clues on how can I verify a turbo failure when I don't have any noise?

Any help is well appreciated.

What year model? Early 1.8Ts had a hose prone to failure. Mine failed twice.

Default Happened to me, turbo replaced.

I took the car in for the 25K service, got it back with no boost. I couldn't hear the turbo either. Audi replaced the turbo and throttle body. I never got a good explanation as to what happened but I didn't have to pay the bill so I didn't fuss much. Someone else told me that there is some sort of rubber hose or boot around or near the turbo that splits. It is a cheap part but cant be replaced, so must do new turbo. With a 2000 car you should be ok. Good luck
