No boost at WOT...just fine at partial throttle
I am X-chipped and have a evoms DV. I was on the highway the other day and went WOT in 5th gear and everything was fine. After slowing down and getting on another highway, my car would not hold boost at WOT. At partial throttle, it runs just fine and has decent power. However, when i floor it, I can hear a really loud whoosing (really loud) sound like the turbo is spooling bit have absolutely no power. It kicks in momentarily and then goes away, then kicks in again and goes away. It gets really jerky. This happens in all gears. Any ideas what it could be?
I was originally thinking a loose hose or a split in a hose, but that wouldn't explain holding it at partial throttle. Wastegate or N75? Thanks

check the hoses from the intercooler underneath the front bumper
sometimes it comes loose and it needs a new clamp,or to be pushed in farther, it could expalin working under partial throttle, but wot leaking
