Default is it normal for the car to make lower boost at colder temps??

I am making 1800 to 1900 Mbar (14psi or so) almost constant through the entire range. The temps were about 45 degrees. GIAC chip.

there were no boost spikes, and that 1800-1900 Mbar was constant from 2nd thru 4th. (didnt do a data log in 1st or 5th)

Should I be making more boost once the temps go up?
