My normal oil temperature is 100ēc to 115ēc, my car is 98 2.8 quattro 30v, one friend say that your car temperature is 60-70ēc, is my car defective or my friend have a defective car?

Note that temperature is in celsius not farenhait.

That's about right. If your oil doesn't reach the boiling point, any water in your oil will not boil off and you don't want water in your oil for long. This applies to all cars. 60-70C for an oil temp is WAY low.
