if its an automatic its def the a sensor in the transmission.....

Default I had a pontiac sunfire automatic and it kept stalling....

when i put it into drive or reverse and turns out it was some transmission sensor

yeah but this POS also sputters and stalls in park.

Default So because you had a Pontiac Sunfire that had a trans issue and stallled, his problem is

definately that same sensor?

Never mind that the transmission in his Buick and the one in your Pontiac could be completely different, never mind any of the other issues, you diagnosed, over the internet, a transmission problem based on three lines of complaints?

Default Yeah. So, did you check for chewed injector wires?

Also, make sure the airbox is intact and complete, and the air filter is in place.

Let me know. I may not be fvcking brilliant, butI di dwork for GM for a few years.
