My Dad went in Monday and I go in tomorow for our 2nd service and he took his Mobil 1 synthetic and had then use it. He then got a credit for the oil that they didn't use!!! Its not much they say it only costs a couple of bucks for thier oil but every few cents counts right? So when you go in for service give them your oil and ask for a credit for the oil they don't have to use.

then why bother anoying them? You're possibly going to end up using 100% of what you bought anyway. And giving the dealer the idea you're just a penny-pincher instead of an enthusiast may lead to more slip-shod service next time.
