Now that its been really hot outside, i have this really loud blowing sound coming from
the lower front of my car. At first i thought it was the air conditioning. but then i checked and it does it with or without the air conditioning on. Its never done it till it got really hot outside. My dad says its a secondary cooling fan. Is he right? or is there someone i have to fix?
