I want to get an Ecu upgrade and I was wondering what the deal is with this chip IE(if the low cost equals low quality).

you won't have any problems b/c 0.8 bar is a safe boost level for the stock turbo. it's a good, reliable chip. most people would still say drop a little more $$ and get a 1.0 bar APR or GIAC chip. but if you can't, the neuspeed chip is fine.

It was a great deal at $199.00 for the 1 bar especially because that included the overnite shipping both ways.
