I was in second gear at low rpm and I punched it and heard 3 or 4 hard metallic pops and quickly let off the gas...could these just be hard ping's? No Cel...car runs fine like it never happened. It seems like the only way I can get the car to boost smoothly if i'm already over 4000 rpm when I get on it hard, otherwise lots of surging/unsteady boost. Some day i'll get off my *** and finally figure out my boost issues. I'm still guessing BPV or wastegate/N75. Maybe next weekend.
