Is OEM Coolant required?
My pink stuff is running low. Do I have to replace it with the oem stuff or is any coolant ok? Does it need to be replaced or can I just top it off? I have 55k on my car...

Yes, only pink OEM coolant. If you're just a little low, add water.
If you've got a leak, and you're adding once a week or something, obviously (*cough*GET IT FIXED*cough*) use the pink stuff & keep the mixture around 50/50.

If your coolant is above the "min" line, just add distilled water.
If your coolant has gone very low due to leaks or taking off a hose for repairs, then fill it 1/2 way to the "max" line with G12 coolant and fill up to the max line with distilled water.

is it only available from the dealership?
I can get the same stuff at a VW dealership too right? I assume it would be cheaper than an Audi dealership.
Also, I'm below the min mark. I don't know if there's a leak (don't see anything under my car). I think I'll just top it off with some more coolant/water.
