oh my i just wrapped my car around a tree =( and i got a ticket too drving to fast for conditions...
i may lose my license =(. can the cop give me a ticket? no one was around =( man my poor car. i hope the car is not salvagable so dont want a bustted up car =( cry

Oh man. Sorry to hear all that. I've been there, and it sucks, but
trust me...one day, you'll look back, and in the grand scheme of things, it won't be a big deal. Remember: it's just a car...it's just a car...it's just a car. As far as losing your license, I hope that doesn't happen!

Anyhow, AFAIK, the cop can write you a ticket even if he wasn't there at the scene of the accident when it took place. That's what happened to me anyway. If I'm wrong, someone let me know before I pay off this ticket.

oh is it bad when you cant even but the car into nutural? =( they guy tried to take it but the car w
was grinding =( i told him GET A FLAT BED =( oh just found out that because this is the familys thrid accident i might get kick from my insurance company =( .... man talk about bad luck. CAN IT GET ANY WORSE?
