Default oil in coolant

i replaced my oilcooler lastweekend due to possible failure. i had oil contaminate my cooling system. after 3, 2 part flushes i put things back together and all looked fine and check out. today, when checking levels, i noticed oil again in the coolant. did I miss something...oilcooler seal, possible head issues???? im at a loss and any help would be appreciated.

Default May be head gasket - super expesnsnive fix might as well do tb

If white smoke starts to come out of your pipes, then it is a sure sign. Get a compression and leak down test.

If automatic transmission, possible leak in transmission oil cooler beside radiator.

Default HEAD GASKETS DO NOT PUT COOLANT IN THE OIL

AND CERTAINLY NOT VICE VERSA.
