Oil leakage issue

Oil leakage issue
I have oil stains on my garage floor. It started two nights ago. I looked at it seemed to be comming from the drain plug so I tightened it. Today I noticed more oil but that Plug is on really tight. I dont want to over tourqe it bc it is aluminum. Do you think that maybe the leak could be comming from a bad gasket? (the one holding the oil pan on to engine not the drain plug)
