i have a 98 a4 2.8q with 48K miles. when i was changing the oil a couple of months ago, i noticed oil all over the bottom engine cover. i noticed the oil pan was leaking around where it attatches to the engine. unfortunately, my warranty expired 6 months ago.

has anyone else experienced a faulty oil pan gasket? it seems to me that this is not something that should wear out after 48K miles. i would sure like it if audi would replace this at no cost to me.
